REGISTRATION

HOW DO I REGISTER?

All registrations are done online. Please choose your destination then use the inquire button to select a travel date and give us a few details about your travel plan. Shortly after you will receive an email with the full quotation.

CAN I REGISTER OVER THE PHONE?

Sorry, but we don’t accept registrations through phone.

DO YOU ACCEPT SOLO TRAVELLERS?

We do although there are some destination where we request a minimum number of participants.

PAYMENTS

HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?

Bookings are secured by making a payment. This amount varies based on the destination, and will be provided through a message.

HOW CAN WE PAY FOR THE TRIP?

Payments are accepted through our official peso current account at Metrobank , BPI and BDO (Banco de Oro) or Gcash or Credit/debit card. Details of which will be provided once we have received your booking form.

I LIVE ABROAD. CAN I PAY ONLINE?

This is possible through PayPal. Details will be sent over email. Please take note that PayPal charges might be on the guest's account.

CAN I PAY ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR INSTEAD?

Payments are due by the deadline indicated on the email our team will send upon receipt of your registration.


TRIPS

WHAT IS A GROUP TOUR?

It's a type of tour where we pool people together and they travel as one group. The trip dates are pre-determined by TRIPinas. The rate of the tour is fixed regardless of the people from your end except for those trips that require accommodation, in which case will be based on room occupancy.

I'D LIKE YO HAVE A TOUR THAT EXCLUSIVE ONLY TO MY GROUP?

This is possible, provided that the schedule you have picked is not yet taken. We call it a private tour. Send us a message and we'll work something out for you.

CAN YOUNG CHILDREN GO WITH US ON A TRIP?

Children are welcome on our tours provided that they are traveling with a parent or guardian. Please check the age restriction of the trip you are signing up for as this varies per destination. The minimum age is indicated on the description of the tour.

CAN A SENIOR CITIZEN JOIN YOUR TRIP?

Of course, provided that they are in good health. We may ask for a doctor's clearance.

CAN I BRING MY PET ON THE TOUR?

You may bring your pet(s) if you're traveling with your own vehicle and that the destination you chose has no restrictions on animals. Practice responsible pet ownership (i.e. making sure they're vaccinated, picking up after your pet, etc.).

DO YOU PROVIDE MEALS/DRINKS DURING TRIPS?

There are some destinations where we provide an option for purchasing meals from us. Please check the details of the destination. Please take note that it is the responsibility of the guest to advise, upon booking, if there are any meal restrictions (halal, vegetarian, etc.).

IS TRAVEL INSURANCE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE

No, but you are welcome to secure short-term travel insurance for yourself for the duration of the trip. We also encourage that you bring your personal HMO, SSS and PhilHealth cards when you travel.


ACCOMMODATION

HOW ARE ROOMS ASSIGNED?

TRIPinas does its best to room groupmates together. Room occupancy varies per inn: double, triple, quad, sixtuple and even eight-person sharing. The inns have basic amenities. By default, all rooms that are included in the package have common toilets and bathrooms.

CAN WE GET A PRIVATE ROOM?

A private room with a private toilet and bathroom may be provided depending on the availability of the inn (add-on rates will apply).

I'M A SOLO TRAVELER. CAN I GET A ROOM JUST FOR ME?

This is possible provided that you pay for the rate of the room occupancy on top of the package cost. Add-on rate will vary depending on the inn.
