Please take time to read our cancellation policy before you book any of our tours. This policy will be strictly applied. We made it the as clear as possible.
Cancellation of the tour by the client (you)
For a day tour: You can get a full refund** of your payment or option to reschedule (subject to slots availability) as long as we receive your written (email) advisory at least 7 days* or more before the tour date
For a multiple-day tour: You can get a full refund** of your payment or option to reschedule (subject to slots availability) as long as we receive your written (email) advisory at least 14 days* or more before the tour date
For a tour to Mt. Pulag or a tour to Sagada: You can get a 80% refund** of your payment or option to resechdule (subject to slots availability) as long as we receive your written (email) advisory at least 14 days* or more before the tour date
* applies regardless on when you inquired, book and paid the tour, hence will also apply for last minute booking.
** refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 banking days through cash deposit or online fund transfer if you have an account in one of the major banks in the Philippines (like BDO, Metrobank, BPI, Chinabank, PNB, Security bank,..) If you have paid online through PayPal, refund will be processed via PayPal. If you don't have an account in one of the major banks in the Philippines or you can't accept PayPal payment refund will be collected by you at our office. If your bank is abroad we can also refund through an international bank transfer but bank service charge will be deducted from the total amount.
Cancellation of the tour by Tripinas Travel and Tour Ventures (us)
If we are forced to cancel the tour for any reason (including bad weather) we give a full refund of your payment or option to reschedule your tour (subject to slots availability) as long as the cancellation happened before the day of the tour.
If the tour has already started and we are forced to cancel the tour, no refund and no option to reschedule will be given.
Failure to show up on time on the tour date means forfeiture of any and all funds paid for the travel. The remaining balance of the no-show
participant(s) will still be collected from the other participant(s) of his/her group.
We reserve our right to refuse service to:
Any person for any valid reasons such as: rudeness, sexual harassment, behavior liable to cause discomfort of other passengers, danger or inconvenience to other passengers or tour personnel, bringing weapons and illegal drugs. Consuming alcoholic beverages and smoking/vaping are prohibited on board. Guests who are
under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs will not be allowed to board our vehicle and will lead to forfeiture of any and all payments. For destinations where the local authorities request a medical certificate or any medical test, failure to meet these requirements will lead to cancellation of your tour and forfeiture of any and all your payments. Signing a waiver form is mandatory to join our tours. If you refuse to sign it, your tour will be cancelled and your payment forfeited. For unforeseen circumstances which may cause delayed return of the vehicle to trip's point of origin (e.g. road traffic), TRIPinas Travel and Tour Ventures shall not be held responsible for the disruption of the client's scheduled airline flights or other vessel voyages by the passengers. TRIPinas Travel and Tour Ventures shall also be not financially liable for any missed hotel bookings caused by the said delay.
